D-20 Temper of the Dwarves (rerecorded)
Hey everyone,
Recently i purchased a TC Integrated Preamp. 
I rerecorded Temper of the Dwarves with it and with a new Podxt patch. I really like the results that i have with the TC preamp! It really does make a big difference when using it in front of the Podxt. For this song i used: TC Preamp, Podxt, DFHS, Schecter Baritone w/EMGs, and Spector euro 4LX-35 bass. I hope you all enjoy the song!
Please let me know if you like it, hate it, or if i can improve anything with the mix?
-Oh and if anyone gets a TC in the future, make sure to use a power supply with it. For some reason it sounds like crap with a 9 volt!!

The TC is a great preamp! I really only boost the treble a bit and keep the bass flat. It really tightens things up in my opinion. I was using the boost + eq until i got the TC. Now i just use the Big Bottom amp model and the TC in front of the PODxt.
Recently i was looking at getting a mic preamp possibly. Do you know any good ones that you could suggest? I was looking at possibly getting a groove tubes "brick" or a Universal Audio 710 Twin-Finity. I've read the brick is really good in conjunction with the POD. They even have a section on their website about using it this way, and it is a real tube inside the brick as well.
