Soul Embraced started in 1997 as a side project of Rocky Gray and David Sroczynski of Shredded Corpse. In 1999, Lance Garvin (of Living Sacrifice) and Chad Moore joined Rocky to make the band's first album, the Fleshless EP. The band then went on to record three more albums, For The Incomplete in 2000, This is My Blood in 2002, and Immune in 2003, before taking a break for several years. In 2007, Jeff Bowie and Devin Castle joined Rocky, Lance, and Chad and started recording their latest album, Dead Alive, which was released in April 2008.

I think that most of the album was in drop A tuning. I could be wrong, but i am pretty sure that is what it was in. Some songs might be tuned BEADGE

Hope this helps!

Edit:
Rock said this in the Gearhead part of the forum:
Immune was recorded on the first version of the Line 6 Pod kidney bean. Its the Rectifier sound on there tweaked with some outboard stuff that Barry has. We used some other (real) amps and various guitars for stuff like clean parts and certain lead stuff but all the heavy guitars are on the pod.
I used 6 string guitars tuned B to B and dropped the low B string to A for certain songs. Other songs were in my normal tuning of C# and Drop B. I dont remember the guage strings i used for Drop A but im pretty sure its just a 7 string set and just didnt use the high E string.
